drugac pa tko,tut ce ti usi teli testi kazejo kao vredu se zmeri ne mors trdt da si zdrav.npr lah mas kronicno ledvicno odpoved brez da bi mel kreatinin al pa secnino povecano(ne v vseh primerih)..

Glede povišane sečnine je lahko tudi to, da fant premalo vode zaužije skozi dan

Povečana sečnina je dostkrat povezana s pretreniranostjo.

Ne, tekočina sploh ni panika...spijem nad 3,5 litra vode na dan....

Za realne rezultate bi si moral narest pregled po 5-7h dneh total pavze od treninga.

Kaj pa pravite kaj na povišan S-AST ( sam ga imam 1.15, max. meja pa je do 0.58 ) Prav tako imam tudi S-ALT povišan 0.74 zg. meja jaz pa imam 1.06
Holesterol imam pa na min. vrednosti kljub temu da že dobre 4 mesece konzumiram 70 jajc tedensko oz. 10 dnevno. |

Kokr mi je znano,je povišan kreatinin posledica razgradnje telesnih beljakovin,sečnina mislim da ni ključnega pomena v tem procesu. Ne bom dal pa roke v ogenj glede tega |

The body’s hormonal responses are also altered as a result of overtraining. The ratio of testosterone to cortisol is thought to regulate anabolic processes in recovery, so a change in this ratio is an important indicator, and perhaps the cause, of overtraining. A decrease in testosterone coupled with increased cortisol might lead to more protein catabolism than anabolism in the cells. Overtrained clients often have higher blood levels of urea, and because urea is produced by the breakdown of protein, this indicates increased protein catabolism. This mechanism is thought to be responsible for the loss in the body mass seen in the overtrained clients.
