Monday: Heavy bench day

Tuesday: Light shoulders

Double kettlebell swings outside the legs. (3x 8- 12)
Double kettlebell snatches outside the legs. (3x 8- 10)
Double kettlebells cleans& jerks outside the legs ( 3x 10)
Double kettlebells *prone swings (3x 12)
*lezis na trebuhu in zamahujes do visine glave

Wednesday: Heavy Squat day. Box squats, dead good mornings with the bar suspended on a chain

Thersday: Light bench day (speed)

Friday: Heavy shoulder day

One arm snatch between legs; 24kgx 10 pon, 32kgx 7 pon, 40 kgx 5 pon... najprej leva roka, kratka pavza in nato desna roka.

Saturday: Speed Squats and 60 min lower body Kettlebell workout.

8x 3 speed squats

24kg kettlebell one arm swings (10 min)
24kg habd to hand swings
32kg hand to hand swings
40 kg hand to hand swings

Two 24kg swing between legs

Zanimivo...WSB metoda in kettlebelli.
Sicer je v vecini nasih fitnesov to kar problem, se mi pa zdi zanimiv trening.

tko kot si rekel, je problem, in je res, da je to trening za kakih 4-6 tednov, mal spremembe, in ene 2x na leto, sam je pa po moje (in po rezultatih donnija sodec kar ucinkovit)
