(3x 8- 12) Double kettlebell snatches outside the legs. (3x 8- 10) Double kettlebells cleans& jerks outside the legs ( 3x 10) Double kettlebells *prone swings (3x 12) *lezis na trebuhu in zamahujes do visine glave Wednesday: Heavy Squat day. Box squats, dead good mornings with the bar suspended on a chain Thersday: Light bench day (speed) Friday: Heavy shoulder day One arm snatch between legs; 24kgx 10 pon, 32kgx 7 pon, 40 kgx 5 pon... najprej leva roka, kratka pavza in nato desna roka. Zanimivo...WSB metoda in kettlebelli.

tko kot si rekel, je problem, in je res, da je to trening za kakih 4-6 tednov, mal spremembe, in ene 2x na leto, sam je pa po moje (in po rezultatih donnija sodec kar ucinkovit)
